Perfect Pourover Iced Coffee Recipe

Nepali coffee brewed using the pourover method makes one of the most refreshing iced drinks for summer. In this recipe, we use organic beans from Lalitpur to create a crisp Japanese-style iced coffee that’s packed with flavor.
Beat the heat this summer with a refreshing twist — Japanese Iced Coffee made using freshly roasted Nepali organic beans from Lalitpur. This brewing method brings out the bright, floral notes of our single-origin beans and delivers a crisp, clean flavor perfect for warm days.
Why Use Nepali Coffee for Iced Brewing?
Nepali coffee, especially from the high-altitude farms of Lalitpur, offers unique citrus and floral profiles that are ideal for pourover iced coffee. These beans, grown organically and roasted fresh, maintain their complexity when brewed hot over ice — a method that preserves aroma and acidity.
If you’re looking for the perfect summer coffee experience, choosing coffee beans from Nepal not only supports local farmers but also brings authentic Himalayan flavors to your cup.
